Martin Waddell – Started his business career in advertising, rising to director level by the age of 26. He then returned to study in Oxford to fulfil a childhood ambition of becoming a barrister and commenced practice as an intellectual property and commercial law specialist.

Coming from Southern California, I’ve now been living in France full-time since 2000. I like to say I’m living the California dream in the South of France. How did I end up here, when it started as the dream of a 13-year-old girl? There were a couple of twists and turns along the road.

John Palumbo is a global real estate expert and investor whose international acquisitions include real estate in multiple European countries, Mexico, and the Caribbean.  As an active investor in foreign properties for nearly two decades, John understands the difference between fleeting market trends and true growth areas.

Dennise Edgerton was born and raised in Quito Ecuador, left to New York to pursue her marketing and international business degree at Adelphi University where she graduated with honors. Worked in a branding and marketing agency in Manhattan for over 3 years.

Roberto Ignacio Guardia Rabell was born and raised in Panama. After graduating from high school, Roberto went on to study Law and Political Science at the Santa Maria La Antigua Catholic University in Panama. He holds two Master’s degrees, one in Corporate Law, the other in Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitrage in International Commerce, from the Universidad Latino Americana de Comercio Exterior.

Amy Prisco is a well-known figure in the Ecuadorian community amongst expats and locals alike, having boots on the ground experience in-country for twelve years.  By providing an exemplary level of professionalism and customer service, she has gained the trust of many through her dealings in her primary business which offers clients a boutique full-service one-stop real estate shop experience.

Monia moved from Northern Italy to the Abruzzo region when she was five years old and considers herself a true Abruzzese.

After graduation, she did her postgraduate studies in the UK, achieving a master’s degree in technical translation. During her three years in England, she began to develop a passion for the countryside and country properties.

Mike is an unmarried “son” of the South who lived in Tennessee and Florida before leaving the US in March 2016.

He is a Sagittarius who personifies his birth sign. He explored 47 states and 35 countries before finding “home” in Valencia, Spain at the age of 65.

With over 30 years’ experience of globetrotting, courtesy of the U.S. Navy, Dusty decided it was time for a change. Retiring from the Navy, Dusty next became a professor for the Ventura Community College District before going to work with a big box retailer.

Splitting the majority of my time between Lagos, Portugal and Medellin, Colombia.
